Warranty

At Liquid Factor, we stand behind the quality of our hydration products. That’s why we offer a Limited Lifetime Warranty on our reservoirs, bladders, and related components. If a defect in materials or workmanship occurs under normal use, we’ll repair or replace it.

What’s Covered

This warranty covers:

  • Leaks, seam issues, or faulty components caused by manufacturing defects
  • Failures that occur under normal, intended use

What’s Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Misuse, accidents, or neglect
  • Improper cleaning, storage, or maintenance
  • Modifications or using the product in unintended ways
  • Cosmetic wear such as scratches, fading, or minor material softening over time

Making a Claim

If you believe your product is defective:

  1. Email us at info@liquidfactor.co
  2. Describe the issue and include photos
  3. Provide proof of purchase if available

We will review your claim and, where applicable, repair or replace the product.

Your Rights

This warranty is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to remedies if a product fails to be of acceptable quality or has a major failure.
